We collect your Shopify store URL, email address, and account preferences. Through Shopify, we access product catalog data, customer information, and order history. We track storefront activity including product views, cart additions, and purchases.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to run your marketing including automation execution, email and SMS delivery, browser push, and offers right after checkout. We never sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.

4. Third-party services

We work with Shopify, Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid, Twilio, and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Grok). When you bring your own AI, your data is sent to your chosen AI provider under your own account.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription. Upon uninstallation, we process data deletion per Shopify's requirements. Contact privacy@xupsell.app for deletion requests.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses analytics cookies. Our storefront tracking runs safely in the background and respects customer privacy settings.
